I loved staying here because it was just a short walk to Chiayi Cultural and Creative Industries Park and the Art Site of Chiayi Railway Warehouse, perfect for an afternoon stroll and soaking in the local vibe.

Neat building, great and perfect location near the city centre as well as railway station. Fab food in the lobby restaurant in the vicinity.

the hotel was located close enough to the railway station and amenities, the shopping street and the famous night market at wen hua street. the venue had a central setting in the mountains. lucky that it was not too far away from lu guang bbq- wen hua, offering food to go.

The staff - some of them were very rude.

The water pressure in the shower could use a boost!!! Be cautious with the deep bathtub. It's not the most accessible option!!! The hotel does have a master light switch outside the room, posing a potential security issue!!!

The rooms with a complimentary gift, bedroom, bathtub. Comfy location, only a short distance to everywhere. For tea or coffee visit Zhuo-wu Cafe nearby.

I would return anytime, no complaint.

The location of Chiayi King is excellent, situated just a short walk from the Chiayi Train Station. Upon check-in, the process was smooth, and I appreciated being able to leave my bags while exploring the city. My room was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed and a variety of cable TV options. The breakfast served at the hotel offered a decent array of food, nice for a satisfying start to the day.

The Wi-Fi connection was unreliable .

Well-designed venue, magnificent location just off the train station for alishan and Wenhau night market and TRA Chiayi station and the shopping street, truly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was spotless with really helpful staff. The breakfast was great, had a wide range of options and the food was great! Our stay was a very good experience.

The bathtub was a bit high to navigate, which might be tricky for some guests.

The lobby, the laundry facilities, the nearby night market was grewt.

The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety, and the spacious room made our stay comfortable. One downside was the bathtub being high, but I’d definitely stay again.

The proximity to the Chiayi Train Station made my arrival super convenient. I loved that I could easily walk to various attractions and the night market. The room was spacious, perfect for my luggage, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast offered a decent variety, but I felt it could use more options. I appreciated that there's a bathtub in the room, but it felt a bit high to get in and out. I found it slightly tricky, especially for anyone with mobility issues. Unfortunately, the hotel didn't really help when I needed to address the cleanliness of the sheets, which left a sour note. I think they need to improve customer service, especially in sensitive situations. The price for the room was reasonable, and I was satisfied with the overall comfort .
